  • Country Corner - Handcrafted items such as wood crafts, afghans, kitchen towels, pillows, seasonal items, and more.
  • Kiddie Corner - Gently used children's toys, games, and books at great prices.
  • Art - A variety of artwork and photography by local artists in support of MCC
  • Wood Products - A variety of handcrafted wooden items

5k Race for Relief Run/Walk – Saturday, Oct. 3, 8:30 a.m.

Music

Enjoy a variety of live music during Friday dinner and Saturday breakfast. The schedule will be announced closer to the date.

Children's Activities

Take a barrel train ride around the fairgrounds on the "Menno Choo Choo!" Free but donations are welcome. Runs Friday 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. and Saturday 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

MCC School Kit Assembly

Help us prepare 1,000 school kits! Visit the school kit table where we will have supplies ready to be packed into bags. Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) sends the kits worldwide to help equip children with they tools they need for learning.

Camping

Bring your camper, tent, or sleep out under the stars!

Camping is available on the fairgrounds, with electric and water hook-ups. Suggested donation of at least $35 per night to cover the cost that the fairgrounds charges the Relief Sale. You may pay the cashier in the auction building. For more information please contact us.

Volleyball Tournament - September 12, 2026

Come join in the 2nd annual volleyball tournament (smash)! Last year's inaugural event was a success, and we are excited to continue the fun again this year.

When: Saturday, September 12, 2026 starting at 9 a.m. Note this is three weeks before the Relief Sale.
Where: Wilbur Pence Middle School, Dayton, VA - outdoor at the track if weather permitting, inside the gym if raining
